RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Items that are returnable are items that are not custom designed. Screen printed tshirts, quarter zip jackets and stitched letter vnecks can be returned or exchanged, as long as they were not a special order and as long as there is no cologne, deodorant, smoke or strange scent on the clothing. Examples of other items that are returnable are notepads, notecards, key chains, decals, tumblers and jewelry. Merchandise that is on sale (reduced price) is a final sale and not returnable. As long as the item is in the same condition and in the original packaging, it can be returned within 10 days. During the holidays (October 1 - December 23), merchandise can be returned through January 15.  All returned items will have a 20% restocking fee. If you'd like to exchange a paddle or wooden symbol (diamond, lyre, Alphie, etc.), you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new paddle or wooden plaque, from Sorority Spirit to the shipping address.

If shipping by UPS or FEDEX, please include our phone number and email address, so we receive the tracking email: 877-597-1885 and sororityspirit@gmail.com. Do NOT require a signature when shipping an item(s) to Sorority Spirit.

You are responsible for paying for shipping the item back to Sorority Spirit. Sorority Spirit will pay for shipping the new (size) item back to you.

Any items that are custom designed (trunk show orders) or sale items, are not returnable. Custom designed items include the designer tshirts, vnecks, sweatshirts, hoodies, sports bras, yoga pants, beach towels, spa wrap towels, key fobs, tumblers, water bottles and koozies. These items are either embroidered with greek letters or have 4 inch stitched letters in a designer print with a background. If there is a problem with a custom designed order, we will be happy to help you. Please contact Marlene immediately at 877-597-1885.

2017 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Orders placed December 17-22 will ship same day or within 24 hours.  Contact us at 877-597-1885 for shipping questions and delivery dates.  We are available 24/7.

UPS SHIPPING DEADLINES

12/18-19 – UPS GROUND. Sorority Spirit is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where UPS is headquartered. Shipping to GA, AL and SC takes 1 business day; shipping to northeast, (VA – ME) and southeast (FL, MS, TX, NC) takes 2 business days; shipping to Midwest takes 3 business days; shipping to west coast takes 4-5 business days. Call us at 877-597-1885 with any questions, so we can provide the exact number of shipping days to your address.  We are available 24/7. Yes, we really answer the phone at 2 or 3AM. UPS 3 DAY SELECT (for west coast) FOR THURSDAY, DEC. 21 DELIVERY. 

12/20 BY 3PM EDT – UPS 2ND DAY AIR FOR FRIDAY, DEC. 22 DELIVERY. UPS delivers packages with a Saturday, December 23 delivery, with an extra fee.

12/21 BY 3PM EDT - UPS NEXT DAY AIR FOR FRIDAY, DEC. 22 DELIVERY. UPS charges an extra fee for Saturday deliveries.

UPS is closed on December 24 and 25, 2017.

USPS SHIPPING DEADLINES

12/20 – USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). USPS delivers packages through December 24, 2017.

12/21 – USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days). USPS delivers Priority Mail Express packages on December 24 and 25, 2017. Please note that local post offices are closed on December 25, 2017, but the mail carriers are delivering packages on Dec. 24 and 25, 2017.

PHOTO SHARING POLICY

Can I share your photos on my facebook page, tweet about Sorority Spirit and pin photos on pinterest?

All photos on SororitySpirit.com are property of Sorority Spirit LLC. These photos can be shared, tagged or pinned on social media websites, such as facebook, twitter, pinterest, tumbler, linkedin and blogs. These photos can also be shared through email communication, with family and friends. Photos that are taken by customers at Sorority Spirit events (trunk shows and sorority conventions) can also be shared, tagged or pinned on social media websites, and texted to family and friends.

SororitySpirit.com photos are strictly prohibited from being reused or reposted on all e-commerce (retail) websites and competitor's social media websites. Competitors include other online greek retailers, university book stores and any business or individual that sells greek merchandise.

SHIPPING ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless noted in the product description.  If it is a gift, please comment (in checkout process) that it is a gift and the date it needs to be received, so we can ship it in a timely manner.

All merchandise is in stock, unless it says "Pre-order or this item is sold out," to the right of the product photo or if it is commented (that a specific size) that an item is sold out, in the product description. If the item that you ordered has recently sold out, it will be reordered immediately, but it can take 2-4 weeks to receive the item and ship the order to you. Check the top of our home page for shipping dates and deadlines.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Do you accept special orders? Yes, Sorority Spirit accepts special orders. Please contact us to place a special order.

BULK/CHAPTER ORDERS AND CHAPTER CHECKS

Do you accept chapter orders and chapter checks? Yes, Sorority Spirit accepts chapter orders and provides chapter discounts. We also accept chapter checks for chapter orders. We recommend placing chapter orders 4 to 8 weeks in advance, in order to allow for enough time to get your order shipped to you. There is an option PAY BY CHAPTER CHECK during the checkout process. If you are placing a chapter order with a projected delivery date in August, September or October, it is highly recommended that you allow 8-12 weeks due to the high volume of custom designed orders.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

What type of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and PayPal. If a chapter is placing an order, we also accept chapter checks. When you are in the checkout process, you will see a PAY BY CHAPTER CHECK option under Method of Payment.
