RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Items that are returnable are items that are not custom designed. Screen printed tshirts, quarter zip jackets and stitched letter vnecks can be returned or exchanged, as long as they were not a special order and as long as there is no cologne, deodorant, smoke or strange scent on the clothing. All returned items have a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for an exchange. Examples of other items that are returnable are notepads, notecards, key chains, decals, tumblers and jewelry. As long as the item is in the same condition and in the original packaging, it can be returned within 10 days.
During the holiday season (October 1 - December 23), merchandise can be returned through January 15. You are responsible for paying for shipping the item back to Sorority Spirit. Sorority Spirit will pay for shipping the new (size) item back to you.
Any items that are custom designed (trunk show orders), are not returnable. Custom designed items include the designer tshirts, vnecks, sweatshirts, hoodies, beach towels, spa wrap towels, key fobs, tumblers and koozies. These items are either embroidered with greek letters or have 4 inch stitched letters in a designer print with a background.
