Orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless noted in the product description. If it is a birthday, bid day or initiation gift, please comment (in checkout process) that it is a gift and the date it needs to be received, so we can ship it in a timely manner.

12/19-21 – UPS Ground. Sorority Spirit is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping to GA, AL and SC takes 1 business day; shipping to northeast, (VA – ME) and southeast (FL, MS, TX, NC) takes 2 business days; shipping to Midwest takes 3 business days; shipping to west coast takes 4-5 business days. Call us at 877-597-1885 with any questions, so we can provide the exact number of shipping days to your address. We are available 24/7. Yes, we really answer the phone at 2 or 3AM.
12/21 BY 3PM EST – UPS 2ND DAY AIR FOR FRIDAY, DEC. 23 DELIVERY. UPS delivers packages through December 24. UPS charges an extra fee for Saturday deliveries. UPS is closed on December 25 and 26, 2016.
12/22 BY 3PM EST - UPS NEXT DAY AIR FOR FRIDAY, DEC. 23 DELIVERY. UPS delivers packages through December 24. UPS charges an extra fee for Saturday deliveries. UPS is closed on December 25 and 26, 2016.
12/20 – USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). USPS delivers packages through December 24, 2016.
12/21 – USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days). USPS delivers packages through December 24, 25 and 26, 2016. Please note that local post offices are closed on December 25 and 26, 2016, but the mail carriers are delivering packages.
CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, phone number and email address. If the wrong address is provided in the customer's order (includes type-o's, missing information, wrong street address, etc.), and the order has shipped, the customer will be charged a UPS fee of $17.00 to correct the shipping address. This is a fee that UPS charges Sorority Spirit, for changing the shipping address, when package is on its way to the customer. Sorority Spirit will contact a customer if a package is returned to us, for the new shipping fee and correct shipping address.
All merchandise is in stock, unless it says "This item is out of stock," to the right of the product photo or if it is commented (that a specific size) that an item is sold out, in the product description. If the item that you ordered has recently sold out, it will be reordered immediately, but it can take 2-4 weeks to receive the item and ship the order to you. If we are experiencing a delay in shipping orders, it is usually due to a high volume of special orders.
Some items may be listed as PRE-ORDER, when adding it to the online shopping cart. If an order includes a pre-ordered item with other merchandise, all items will be shipped in one box, as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available. VIRTUAL E-GIFT CARDS
VIRTUAL E-GIFT CARDS are available on SororitySpirit.com. To purchase a virtual e-gift card, go to the sorority and then click Gift Cards, under the sorority. The e-gift card will be emailed to the recipient, within several hours of purchase.
